Welcome to Breathing Space Yoga and Hypnobirthing, a place to calm the mind through yoga, meditation, & mindfulness. I am a practising midwife in Bristol, and I offer weekly pregnancy yoga classes. I also offer 1-2-1 hypnobirthing sessions, pregnancy meditations, and birth reclaiming sessions.

I also lead restorative yoga classes, open to all abilities and ages, and offer meditation sessions and personalised recordings. All of these classes and offerings also make thoughtful gifts for a loved one, so please feel free to get in touch to gift a session.

Pregnancy yoga classes are on Monday 6-7pm 7.30-8.30pm @ The Community Centre, St George- Please email helenwadgeflow@gmail.com to book on.
